Seller rules

Acceptable use policy for sellers on the GrandLine Market marketplace

The German version is legally binding. This translation is provided for understanding only and does not form the basis of the contract.

These rules apply in addition to our terms and conditions to all users who offer goods via GrandLine Market. The provider of the platform is Cakmak Digital, Inhaber (sole proprietor) Seydhan Cakmak, Auf dem Paß 10, 27711 Osterholz-Scharmbeck.

Section 1 Who may sell

Registered users may sell once they have created a seller profile and have fully completed the identity check of our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Connect, KYC under the German Money Laundering Act). Without a completed check, neither listings nor payouts are possible.

Section 2 What may be sold

Only physical trading cards and factory-sealed products of the trading card games supported on the platform are permitted. This includes single cards, booster displays, individual boosters as well as starter, structure and theme decks.

Section 3 What is expressly prohibited

  • Counterfeits, reprints, “proxy” cards or otherwise unofficial goods
  • Stolen goods or goods of unclear origin
  • Digital goods, codes, accounts or services
  • Listings with an incorrect statement of condition, print run or authenticity
  • Initiating sales outside the platform in order to circumvent fees or buyer protection
  • Anything that breaches the acceptable use policies of our payment service providers (Stripe, PayPal)

Section 4 Obligations of sellers

The condition of the goods must be stated truthfully according to the customary scale (NM, EX, GD, LP, PL, PO). Sealed goods may only be offered as factory-sealed.

Goods sold must be dispatched within 7 days. If no proof of dispatch is provided within this period, the order is cancelled automatically and refunded to the buyer. For insured shipments, the tracking number must be entered in the system.

Section 5 Payment handling and escrow

Buyers pay the platform. The seller's share is paid out less a commission of 1 % of the value of the goods as soon as the buyer confirms receipt, but at the latest 14 days after confirmed dispatch. Shipping costs are passed on to the seller in full.

Section 6 Chargebacks

If a payment is charged back after a payout has been made (chargeback, dispute with the payment service provider or refund), the seller is liable to the platform for the amount concerned. The platform is entitled to offset the amount against future payouts or to reverse the transfer.

Section 7 Cooperation in disputes

If a buyer reports a problem, the payout is frozen and the case is examined. The seller is obliged to provide evidence within 48 hours (proof of dispatch, tracking number, photographs of the goods sent). Without cooperation within this period, the case is decided against the seller.

Section 8 Enforcement

In the event of breaches of these rules, listings may be removed, payouts withheld and seller accounts suspended. Further statutory claims remain unaffected.
