General terms and conditions

Terms and conditions for purchases via GrandLine Market

The German version is legally binding. This translation is provided for understanding only and does not form the basis of the contract.

Section 1 Scope and provider

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the GrandLine Market online shop. The provider and contracting party is Cakmak Digital, Inhaber (sole proprietor) Seydhan Cakmak, Auf dem Paß 10, 27711 Osterholz-Scharmbeck (hereinafter the “provider”). The presentation of the products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

Section 2 Conclusion of contract

By adding items to the shopping cart and submitting the order via the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the cart. The purchase contract is concluded upon our confirmation, at the latest upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Section 3 Prices

All prices are final prices in euros. Under § 19 UStG (German small business scheme) no value added tax is charged and none is shown. Shipping costs may apply in addition; they are shown separately before the order is completed.

Section 4 Payment

Payment is made through the payment service provider Stripe (credit card and other common payment methods, among others). Payment data is processed directly and securely by Stripe. The order is processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Section 5 Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide, within the stated delivery area. Shipping costs and expected delivery times are shown during the ordering process. Partial deliveries are permitted provided that they are reasonable for you.

Section 6 Retention of title

The goods delivered remain the property of the provider until payment has been made in full.

Section 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are set out in our instructions on withdrawal.

Section 8 Liability for defects

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply. In the case of used or played trading cards, the stated condition (e.g. NM, EX, Good) may differ from mint condition; the condition stated in the listing is decisive.

Section 9 Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Section 10 Selling via the marketplace

For users who offer goods themselves via GrandLine Market, our seller rules apply in addition. Among other things, they govern which goods may be offered, the shipping deadlines, the escrow handling of the payment and cooperation in disputes.

Section 11 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
